Over the winter you’ll be able to order donuts Wednesday – Sunday for delivery via Uber Eats. Hours are available in app.

Cystic Fibrosis is a cause close to our hearts here at OMG! Mt. Maunganui. Our beautiful niece, Stella, is a CF warrior. She just turned three this year, and so far she’s had a relatively healthy, very happy start to life! But as her family, we worry that this awful disease could change things at any moment.
Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, incurable genetic condition that damages your lungs, digestive tract and other organs. It’s an inherited disease caused by a defective gene that can be passed from generation to generation. CF is a recessive disease, meaning a person must inherit two mutated copies of the gene (one from each biological parent) to actually have the disease. If a person inherits one mutated gene and one normal gene, they are called a carrier. Carriers do not have any symptoms of cystic fibrosis but can pass the mutated gene onto their children. While Cystic Fibrosis cannot be cured, it is highly treatable. Modern medicine focuses on relieving symptoms, preventing complications, and improving quality of life, and with your help you can help change the lives of the 600+ New Zealanders living with Cystic Fibrosis. We have created a Chocky Fish Donut, with Chocky Fish being a signature awareness and fundraising icon in the CF community. For every Chocky Fish Donut purchased, $1 goes to CFNZ, who help by not only offering personal support, financial and medical assistance, advocacy and education to families and individuals with CF, but by also funding the vital medical research needed to help these kiwis live as close to a normal life as possible. Medical research has transformed Cystic Fibrosis in New Zealand from a terminal childhood illness into a manageable condition. Today, research focuses on correcting the faulty CF gene and repairing proteins. As a result, breakthrough treatments—like Trikafta and Alyftrek—are now publicly funded in NZ, letting patients live longer, healthier lives.
